Company founders Lindsay McGuirk and Martyn Johnson met whilst working for an international design company. Quickly realising that their complementary skills were an ideal combination for success, lima studio was formed.

Lindsay
Lindsay has a wealth of experience working across projects in the cultural, tourism and heritage sectors. She has led numerous projects through the ideation and strategy, interpretative planning, design management and content creation processes.
Martyn
Martyn's career as a creative designer spans high-profile museum, cultural and retail projects. He has led multi-disciplinary teams at all design phases of a project, integrating media, coordinating with architects and working with build partners.
